MyT Financials offers a fixed-rate monthly price so you don’t have to worry about running up the clock when you have a question. We require a monthly meeting after financials are done to analyze the financials together and help you understand what is going on with your money. MyT Financials offer a concierge service where you get what you need and don’t have to pay for extra unnecessary tasks.

Internal bookkeepers can cost as much as or more than $3000 to have on salary. With an external bookkeeper, there is a fair monthly fee which can be budgeted for. Also, for checks and balances, having an outside resource is very beneficial. If money is being embezzled by an internal source, it can be caught as the reconciliations are done.

Yes, I offer payroll as an add-on to monthly bookkeeping.

My rates depend on a number of factors including number of accounts connected to Quickbooks Online, Number of Transactions, and what services are requested, call for pricing!

Absolutely not! About half of my clients are outside of Idaho. With Zoom and Google Meet, we can virtually meet to get started and have our monthly reporting.
